Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) Mazola oil
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cake:
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) cake pans (that have been greased well) at 325 \u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until done in middle.
