Bologna Casserole Or Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    about 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 c. drained tomatoes
    2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1 lb. cubed bologna
Preparation
    Cook the first 6 ingredients for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Let this simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over warm biscuits.
    (I cook this in my electric frypan.)
