Golden Glow Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Mix in milk, salt and flour.
    Knead dough in bowl to form a ball until very smooth, about 1 minute. Cover; let rest 30 minutes.
    Divide dough into 2 parts.
    Roll each part on floured surface.
    Keep remaining dough covered until ready to roll.
    Cut into long strips, about 3 inches wide.
    Let stand about 15 minutes, then cut into narrow strips about 1/4-inch wide. Dry for at least 1 hour.
    Cook in 3 quarts salted water (1 tablespoon salt) or in chicken broth.
    Serves 4.
