Bacon And Shell-Roni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) box large pasta shells
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; pour off part of fat.
    Add onion and tomato sauce.
    Simmer until thickened, adding garlic salt to taste.
    Sauce should taste a little salty.
    Cook shells as per instructions on box; add sauce to shells.
    Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
