Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
5 to 6 small catfish (2 lb.)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir.
Combine egg and milk.
Dip fillets in egg mixture, then dredge in flour.
Arrange in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Drizzle with butter, sprinkle almonds over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
