Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (2 1/2 oz.) envelope spaghetti mix
3 c. medium size noodles
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 large can tomatoes
2 (4 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. fat
1 lb. cream style cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
Preparation

Lightly brown meat in fat in large electric skillet at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle 1/2 of spaghetti mixture over meat.
Spread cottage cheese over meat.
Then arrange uncooked noodles in layer. Sprinkle remaining spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley flakes and salt. Add tomatoes with liquid.
Be sure all is moistened.
Cover tightly.
Set temperature at 200\u00b0 or 225\u00b0.
Cook 30 to 35 minutes or until noodles are done.
Disconnect cord.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
