Crustless Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar, flour and milk.
    Beat in cottage cheese, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Turn into prepared large deep spring-form pan heavily buttered and floured.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
