Make-Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large Russets
1 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. light sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter or oleo
Preparation

Cook potatoes, mash, beat in cream cheese, then sour cream, garlic salt and pepper.
Put in buttered shallow casserole or Pyrex dish.
Dot with butter.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate up to 2 days.
Bring to room temperature before baking or at least 1/2 hour out of refrigerator to avoid breakage.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 400\u00b0,
