Slow-Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (3 lb.) roasting chicken
    1 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine first 6 ingredients and rub mixture into chicken, inside and out. Place in sealable plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.
