Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. chocolate chips (to sprinkle on top)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. shredded zucchini (I put mine through the blender and puree)

Preparation

Mix margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk; mix well.
Mix flour and spices.
Add to first mixture. Stir in zucchini.
Pour into 9 x 12 x 2-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
Bake about 40 to 45 minutes until done at 325\u00b0.
