Jamaican Airplane Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. or less salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced bananas (3 overly ripe bananas)
    2 c. finely diced pecans
Preparation
    Mix in a bowl; pour in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
