Italian Sausage And Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion and sausage.
    Remove and drain.
    Saute zucchini in remaining fat until transparent.
    Set zucchini aside. Combine 1/2 spaghetti sauce with rice and sausage.
    Put this 1/2 in 2-quart baking dish and add salt and basil.
    Mix well.
    Arrange 1/2 zucchini over top.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/2 Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat layers of rice with spices, sauce, sausage, zucchini and cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
