Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) pkg. black beans (turtle beans)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1 chunk ham or salt pork
Preparation

Cook all ingredients together until beans are done to desired softness. Serve over already prepared rice. Goes well with biscuits.
