Chicken Oahu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks (undrained)
    1/2 c. onion, sliced thin
    1 sweet red pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Marinate covered and refrigerated for 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Place casserole in 325\u00b0 oven for 3/4 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Serve with brown rice.
