Steak Durango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sirloin, rib, porterhouse or T-bone steak
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1/2 c. red wine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients.
    Brush on each side of steak and marinate 1 hour or more.
    Cook to desired doneness over charcoal fire.
