Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. cooked prunes
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. oil or margarine
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
    Combine flour and spices.
    Mix together alternating with buttermilk and soda.
    Add chopped prunes and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes in layer pans. Cool.
    Frost with Caramel Icing.
