Beef Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    dash of red pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown beef.
    Drain in a colander.
    Add salt, peppers and onion.
    Stir well. Beat eggs well.
    Add milk, then mayonnaise, cornstarch and cheese.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6.
    Serve with stuffed tomato or a fruit salad with asparagus or broccoli.
