Golden Mushroom Sirloin Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3/4 c. sherry
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) golden mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef cubes in butter.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low heat 2 hours or until tender, stirring now and then.
    Serve over cooked rice or cooked noodles. Serves 4.
