Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    cooked noodles
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    mushrooms
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt margarine in electric frying pan; set at 325\u00b0.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Add beef and cook until redness disappears.
    Add salt, pepper, flour, mushrooms and soup. Stir and cook slowly 20 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve hot over cooked noodles.
    Top with parsley.
    Yields 6 servings.
