Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices loaf bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread cheese over.
    Crumble and brown sausage; drain and sprinkle over cheese and bread.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard and pour over other ingredients.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, cook around 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cook longer if needed to set; may need to remove foil.
    Should cut like quiche.
