Western Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers, drained
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, sausage and onion.
    Drain grease.
    Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave or double boiler.
    Put chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes in a crock-pot.
    Add cheese and meat mixture.
    Simmer on low for at least 30 minutes.
    Eat with nachos.
