Easy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. sausage
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Crumble the sausage
    and
    mix with cheese.
    Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time.
    Form into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and bake
    on
    an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 to
    375\u00b0
    until
    light
    brown (13 to 15 minutes).
    Cooking may take
    a
    few extra minutes if balls are frozen.
    Makes 7 dozen.
