Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. grated squash necks (no seeds)
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 stick margarine (melted)
    5 Tbsp. plain flour
    5 well beaten eggs
    5 tsp. lemon juice
    5 tsp. coconut flavoring
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Makes 2 deep dish pies.
