Corn Bread Walnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. snipped parsley
    3 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    10 c. corn bread, crumbled
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Add onion and celery; saute until transparent, but not brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Add walnuts, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and crumbled corn bread. Mix well; cool.
    Stir in eggs; toss.
    Stuff lightly into turkey. Makes enough for 10 to 12-pound turkey.
