My Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. rhubarb
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    pie crust for 9-inch pie
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb in 1/4-inch slices.
    Place in bowl and add hot water from faucet.
    Let stand.
    Roll out pie crust and enough for lattice top.
    Mix together sugar, 3 tablespoons water and 3 tablespoons flour and egg.
    Beat until mixed.
    Drain rhubarb.
    Put in 9-inch crust lined pie pan.
    Pour sugar mixture over.
    Add lattice top crust.
    Bake 15 minutes at 415\u00b0, then 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
