Hot Dog Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes (3 large)
    12 oz. pkg. hot dogs
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Dice hot dogs and chop onion.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add hot dogs and cook for 10 minutes until brown.
    Add mustard, mix well.
    Serves 4.
