Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, sliced
3 onions, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
2 lb. hamburger or sausage, browned
16 oz. shredded cheese (your choice)
bread crumbs, partially cooked rice (enough to layer casserole dish) or 16 oz. macaroni
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a casserole or baking pan, put a layer of sliced zucchini, salt and pepper to taste.
Add a layer of chopped onions, a layer of browned hamburger or sausage, then add a layer of bread crumbs, partially cooked rice or macaroni.
Add a layer of cheese.
Repeat the layers as desired, until pan or dish is full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until zucchini is tender.
Add last layer of cheese 10 minutes before it is done.
