Chicken Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice, uncooked
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    2 c. water (for rice)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
    1 1/3 c. water (for sauce)
    4 slices American cheese (4 oz.)
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine rice, celery, peas, 2 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt in medium saucepan; heat to bubbling.
    Cover and simmer 12 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
