Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef spareribs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
-
Broil ribs until brown.
Cut ribs into serving size pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in slow cooker and top with other ingredients.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
