Cold Oven Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 c. milk
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream together sugar, salt, margarine and Crisco.
Add eggs one at a time; beat well.
Add flavoring, flour and milk alternately. Add baking powder and 1 cup flour.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Place in cold oven; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
