Ann'S Garlic Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. white vinegar
3 qt. water
7 Tbsp. canning salt
dill seed
garlic (clove)
cucumbers, washed
Preparation

Bring to a boil the vinegar, water and salt.
In jars (size of your choice), put the proper amount of garlic and dill half on bottom and the other half on top of cukes after they are packed (raw).
Pour the boiling hot liquid over the cukes and seal. Place in canning pot.
Fill until water covers the lids; bring to a good boil for about 5 minutes.
Remove and cover with a towel until they have sealed.
