Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. lard
1 egg
Preparation

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Yields 12 muffins.
