Mock Whipped Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
3 tsp. fructose
1 c. ice water
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Chill a large bowl and beaters.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in fructose.
In chilled bowl, beat together ice water, nonfat milk and vanilla until very frothy.
Gradually add gelatin mixture and continue beating until quite stiff.
Chill for at least 1 hour before using.
Makes about 4 cups.
Contains 3 calories per tablespoon.
This keeps well in refrigerator for about a day.
