Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked with skins, cooled, peeled and diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    1 c. milk to moisten
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 with cover.
    Remove cover last 10 minutes.
