Mother'S Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    8 oz. jar baby food prunes
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except last two in a large bowl.
    Beat on medium speed until blended; do not overbeat.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Pour cake batter into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Good served warm with vanilla ice cream.\tMother sometimes put a glaze on the cake while it was hot.
    Mix powdered sugar with orange juice.
    Glaze cake.
