Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    diced ham, bacon or sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in bacon grease.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
