Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium sweet potato
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
milk

Preparation

Peel and chop sweet potato. Boil until soft; drain and mash. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Add Bisquick and sugar to mashed sweet potato.
If this seems dry, add a few drops of milk.
Mix together and drop onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
