Potato Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. thinly sliced peeled potatoes
    1 c. sliced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    chopped fresh parsley
    6 pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
Preparation
    In greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer onions and potatoes; salt and pepper. Combine soup and sour cream.
    Pour over potatoes and onions. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
