Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apples, diced
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; blend eggs into butter mixture, one at a time.
    In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Mix with vanilla; add egg mixture.
    Fold in apple.
    Put in 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
