Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pecans
    4 c. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. sweet butter, melted
    1 to 2 lb. phyllo dough
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. honey
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
    Brush 12 x 17-inch baking tray or pan with melted butter.
    Place 12 phyllo leaves at bottom, brushing each with melted butter.
    Spread 1/2 of nut mixture on leaves.
    Add another layer with 6 buttered leaves and add remaining nut mixture on top.
    Finish with a top layer of 12 to 15 buttered leaves.
    Score top with sharp knife into diamond shapes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
    Let cool, then pour syrup over until saturated.
