Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large green peppers
5 c. boiling water
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 c. rice
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut thin slice from stem end of each pepper; remove all seeds, wash insides and cook in boiling salt water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
