Lemony Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    4 c. green grapes, halved
    6 radishes, thinly sliced and cut into 1/8-inch dice
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh dill
    finely grated zest of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    watercress (for garnish)
    whole sprigs dill (for garnish)
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until just cooked through but not overcooked.
    Taste to test. Drain. Run under cold water and pat dry.
    Place shrimp in a bowl with grapes and radishes.
