Greg'S Favorite Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 box Spanish Rice-A-Roni
    1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    sour cream and salsa
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add taco seasoning according to package directions.
    In a separate pan make Spanish Rice-A-Roni, using Mexican stewed tomatoes.
    When rice is done, add about 1/2 of it to taco meat.
    Mix in cheese, reserving enough to sprinkle on top.
    Roll mixture into tortillas.
    Place in sprayed 13 x 9-inch pan, seam side down.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with sour cream and salsa.
