Raspberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raspberries
    4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat vinegar and sugar to boiling. Add raspberries and cool. After 48 hours, strain through a coffee filter. Bottle and add a few fresh raspberries. Use this in potato salad, salad dressings and marinades for beef, chicken and seafood.
