Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. fried chicken seasoning
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chicken broth or 1 c. water with 2 bouillon cubes
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in brown paper bag and shake to mix.
Add chicken and shake to coat.
Remove chicken and reserve remaining flour mixture.
In a large skillet, warm 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Brown chicken on one side, then add remaining oil and brown other side.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Add margarine to skillet and add onions, cooking until soft.
