Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 jar pimento
    small green pepper
    6 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cut up squash, steam and drain.
    In a bowl, mix medium onion, large jar pimento, small green pepper and box of grated Velveeta cheese.
    Mix in crumbs and butter.
    Beat 4 eggs with 1 cup milk; pour over mixture which has been put into casserole or baking dish.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
