Mexican Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 large cucumbers, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet. Add onion and saute over low heat until a delicate brown. Add cucumbers and water.
    Cook until water is absorbed and cucumbers browned.
    Mix sour cream, egg yolk, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add to cucumbers and cook slowly until mixture begins to boil.
    Serves 4.
