Chicken With Artichokes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom caps, drained (or approximately 15 fresh mushroom caps)
    1/2 c. Chablis or any white wine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained (not marinated)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken and fry in butter until browned.
    Add mushrooms, wine and sour cream to the chicken and mix well, add artichokes.
    Cover and simmer until chicken is tender (about 25 minutes).
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over egg noodles.
    Recipe can be easily doubled.
