Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken
    2 (16 oz. each) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, English peas and corn)
    1 stick butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    onion salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    sage to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken and save broth.
    Cool, debone and cut chicken in bite sized pieces.
    Cook vegetables. Drain and set aside.
    Cook butter, onion and celery in skillet until tender.
    Add soup and broth.
    Add spices to taste.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
