Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Make white sauce of first 5 ingredients. Place half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole; cover with half the onion and half the sauce. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
